'Joe Blows Website Sales'. This agreement is in regards to a website
being sold by 'Joe Blows Website Sales' to you. Special features of this digital
agreement include a timestamp date-code and a 32 digit randomly
generated code, for the purpose of authenticity and accountability.

To our contract repository for legal purposes.

By completing this form you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Continued functionality and/or operation of the site is the sole
responsibility of you, the purchaser.
Future development and/or features of the site are the sole
responsibility of you, the purchaser.
You, the purchaser, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless
'Joe Blows Website Sales' from any loss, liability, damages or costs,
including court costs and attorneys fees, that may arise from the sale,
transfer, or operation of the website being purchased.
If you commit fraud or falsify information on this contract the agreement
will be terminated immediately and the contract becomes null and void.
In addition, you will be liable to 'Joe Blows Website Sales' for any and all
damages that 'Joe Blows Website Sales' suffers as a result of such actions.
We will pursue legal action against you to the fullest extent under the law.
This sale is final, no refund, no return.
